Bill Pay FAQ

Log in to It’sMe247 Online Banking (or the mobile app), navigate to Bill Pay, and select who you want to pay from your list of approved payees, enter the payment amount, and schedule when the payment should go out. You may edit or stop payments before 2:00 PM EST on the date the payment is scheduled to process, so you’re always in control.

You can send single payments or schedule recurring payments. If your payee does not accept electronic payments, we’ll cut a paper check and mail it out at no additional charge to you.

Daily Bill Pay Limits are as follows:

$1700.00 per transaction

$3400.00 per day

If you are an existing checking account holder, log in to It’sMe247 Online Banking and navigate to Pay & Transfers. Choose Enroll and accept the terms and condition agreement, then follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.

After completing your enrollment, the next step is to add the information of individuals or companies you wish to pay. Once your approved list of payees is set up, you’re all set to start sending payments “the smart and convenient” way.

You can pay virtually any business or individual with a mailing address within the United States and Puerto Rico. For example, send payments to your utility, cable, cell phone, or credit card companies. Pay individuals such as a landlord, babysitter or relative. You can even pay yourself by sending funds to an account held at another financial institution.

Generally, your payment is received within 2 to 7 days, depending on whether or not it is sent electronically or via paper check.

The majority of payments are delivered electronically and funds are withdrawn from your account on the payment date. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
