Important Reminder
When emailing Arize, please remember not to include any personal information that would compromise your identity including your account number, social security number, credit card numbers, PINs, passwords, or mother’s maiden name. In addition, never provide this or any other non-public personal information to any other entity in response to an unsolicited email or request.
Please remember that any legitimate financial institution, including your credit union or government agency, will never send an unsolicited e-mail asking for personal information.
Recently, there have been multiple e-mail fraud attempts, known as “phishing,” that were sent to both the general public and some credit union members that appeared to be from such places as the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) or F.C.U. Security Service. These e-mails ask the recipient to click on a link to verify their identity. DO NOT respond to any unsolicited e-mail from any source that requests confidential personal financial information.
